JOANN donates 100 blankets for kids at Cincinnati Children’s!

A HUGE thank you to our friends at JOANN who recently donated 100 hand-made blankets to help spread cheer during the holiday season with our Child Life program!

We know that for our families, December can be a stressful month. Not only is their child in the hospital, but they may not have expected to be in the hospital instead of at home during the holidays. Through activity centers, art & music therapy, and pet therapy programs, our Child Life team ensures familiar and fun activities are available to help children feel less anxious about their fears and concerns related to unfamiliar surroundings, people, and events.

These warm blankets will certainly help our patients feel more at home this holiday season! Thank you, JOANN!
