Walmart and Sam’s Club Round Up at Cincinnati Children’s

Walmart and Sam’s Club Champions visited Cincinnati Children’s this week to kick off the 2018 CMN Hospitals Campaign! Over the past 30 years of partnership Walmart and Sam’s Clubs have raised over $3.9 million for kids like Gideon. Gideon was born in Texas, fighting for his life. Born eight weeks early, he suffered from neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS). Gideon’s mom was told he would never walk or talk. Today Gideon walks with the use of a walker, plays soccer, swims and rides horses. He talks and loves to sing along to Maroon 5.

On August 26 Walmart and Sam’s Club will kick off an in-store campaign. Customers will be able to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and Cincinnati Children’s by making a donation of $1, $3 or $5 at registers and self-check-outs. Last year Walmart and Sam’s Club locations raised over $189,000 to support kids like Gideon.

Thank you to Walmart and Sam’s Club for your continued support!
