From June 13 – June 22, visit your local Publix and donate at the register. And as a thank you for your generosity, you’ll receive coupons valued at over $19 from Publix’s vendor partners! Every dollar matters and will make a big difference for kids treated at Cincinnati Children’s, a member hospital of CMN Hospitals.

Your donations help CMN Hospitals support critical treatments, purchase lifesaving equipment, and fund groundbreaking research at Cincinnati Children’s. This allows us to transform how we meet the most urgent needs, save more lives, and protect the health of future generations.

Your donations help Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals support the health of kids like Caleb, who has benefited from the care made possible through generous donations. Caleb was born with Eagle-Barrett syndrome, where his abdominal muscles didn’t form properly causing problems with his urinary tract. At age two, he was placed on a deceased donor waiting list after doctors determined he needed a new kidney.

“Children who are on dialysis are expected to live for only 20 years from where they are at, where the day a child receives a kidney transplant, their life expectancy goes up to 55 or 60 years,” said David Hooper, MD, MS, medical director of kidney transplantation at Cincinnati Children’s.

The Robbins’ family waited more than three years before they got word out of the blue, that a total stranger was a match for a living kidney donation. The transplant surgery was a success with both Caleb and his donor, Britteny, making full recoveries.

Today, Caleb is thriving with his new kidney. We’re so grateful for your efforts that help support kids like Caleb in our community!
